Rescheduling Policies

1. Open Virtual Instructor-led Training Programs:

• Rescheduling Policy:
  If you need to reschedule your participation in an open virtual instructor-led training program conducted by White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited, please adhere to the following policy:
  – Rescheduling notice received more than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date: You may request to reschedule your participation to another available date without any additional fee.
  – Rescheduling notice received within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start date: Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and an additional rescheduling fee.

2. Exclusive Virtual Instructor-led Training Programs:

• Rescheduling Policy:
  If you need to reschedule your participation in an exclusive virtual instructor-led training program conducted by White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited, please adhere to the following policy:
  – Rescheduling notice received more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date: You may request to reschedule your participation to another available date without any additional fee.
  – Rescheduling notice received within 7 to 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date: Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and an additional rescheduling fee.
  – Rescheduling notice received within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start date: Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and a higher rescheduling fee.

3. Online Self-paced Courses:

• Rescheduling Policy:
  For online self-paced courses conducted by White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited, rescheduling is generally not applicable as participants have the flexibility to access and complete the course at their own pace.

4. In-House Training:

• Rescheduling Policy:
  For in-house training programs conducted by White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited at a client’s premises, the rescheduling policy will be communicated and agreed upon during the contract negotiation phase. Please refer to the specific terms outlined in the contract or agreement between White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited and the client organization.

5. Public Workshops:

• Rescheduling Policy:
  If you need to reschedule your participation in a public workshop conducted by White Bull Consulting & Services Private Limited, please adhere to the following policy:
  – Rescheduling notice received more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date: You may request to reschedule your participation to another available date without any additional fee.
  – Rescheduling notice received within 7 to 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date: Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and an additional rescheduling fee.
  – Rescheduling notice received within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start date: Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and a higher rescheduling fee.

Please note:
– All rescheduling requests must be made in writing by email or through our designated communication channels.
– Rescheduled participation in any training program or workshop will be subject to availability of seats or resources.
– Additional fees associated with rescheduling, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of your request.

We recommend reviewing these rescheduling policies thoroughly before enrolling in our training programs. By participating in our courses and workshops, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in these policies.
